Learn how to clean your mind and body during a Seeds of Change event to be held at the Body & Skin Care Centre in Pêra today (Friday).
Seeds of Change is a team of three women with expert training in personal and professional development and the trio share their advice during motivational workshops.
Algarve business women, Suzi Steinhofel, Jan Russell Dexter and Shirley Emilio will be combining their areas of expertise to demonstrate tools that can be used to help de-clutter your mind of self defeating and stressful thoughts, enjoy creative meditation and learn how to take charge of relationships.
The event is due to start at midday and costs 35 euros per person, including lunch.
