THE INTERCONTINENTAL Hotel Group has announced the signing of a franchise agreement with the Cerro Grande investment group for the new Crowne Plaza Albufeira.
The new hotel, due to open towards the end of 2008, will comprise 113 guest rooms, 50 villas, two restaurants, indoor and outdoor pools, kids club, fitness club and a spa.
