A 44-year-old man was attacked by a pedigree Pitbull dog in Almancil.
Horácio Luz suffered deep wounds to his leg and abdomen and had lost a lot of blood when he arrived at Faro hospital. The dog, belonging to one of Luz’s tenants, was captured and is now being held at the Loulé Canil while the câmara vet decides on what appropriate action to take.
Horácio Luz was discharged from hospital the same day.
