Portuguese tax consultant Filomena Ramilo will be the speaker at the next seminar by the British-Portuguese Chamber of Commerce (BPCC) on December 2 at the Grande Real Stª Eulália Resort & Hotel Spa in Albufeira.
Entitled ‘Doing business in Portugal – Advice how to cope with the Portuguese Tax System’, Filomena Ramilo from Granja Accountancy and Tax Consultancy, Lda will be discussing the different regimens of taxation for companies, individuals and offshore companies, fiscal benefits from the government for investments, Capital Gains taxes IRS/IRC for residents/non-residents, Social Security taxes for individuals and companies and evidence of wealth, among other issues relating to setting up a business in Portugal.
The seminar, which costs €20 for BPCC members and €36.30 for non-members, will be held from 9.15am to 2pm.
