POLICE ARRESTED a total of eight people in Olhão and Vila Real de Santo António on Saturday (July 11) for driving offences.
As part of the police’s annual Safety in the Summer campaign, key points across the Algarve are being manned to stop drivers. The seven men and one woman, who are aged between 24 and 48, were arrested for driving under the influence of alcohol and one did not have a driver’s licence.
