ONLINE SHOPPING is rising in mainland Portugal, according to a recent study of family consumer habits which revealed a rise of 50 per cent in shopping online in 2007.
The survey, carried out between September and October last year by independent organisation ACXIOM, involved a total of 14,524 families from across Portugal.
Some 52 per cent said they usually buy online, while 47 per cent said they usually buy through catalogues.
