Faro’s popular Feira de Santa Iria, housed in the car park of Largo de São Francisco, is taking place from October 18 to 27. Visitors to the fair can expect to see all sorts of items on sale, from handbags to handicrafts, clothing and footwear, kitchen accessories, fireplaces and traditional food produce. This annual event, running from 4pm to midnight each day, is very popular not only for its vast array of stalls but also for the fairground rides. Entrance is free.
