Portuguese finance minister Maria Luís Albuquerque said last week that Portugal was keen to tap international markets for longer-term financing before the end of the year. Speaking on the margins of the IMF meeting in Washington DC, Maria Luís Albuquerque said the plan was to reopen bond financing lines initially issued earlier this year.
