GNR police have announced the arrest of five men for drug trafficking and possession of illegal weapons in Albufeira on Wednesday.
The men were caught after being approached by agents during a routine patrol. Their “suspicious” behaviour was noticed by agents, who carried out searches and found 434 doses of hashish, a .22 calibre revolver and two knives.
The men, aged between 17 and 26, were due to appear before a judge.
