Glenridge Resort has reopened with properties available to rent and to buy at the resort in Gale, near Albufeira.
The resort has 28 apartments with pools and other amenities and it was initially the intention of the owners Holmes and Smith to sell all of the apartments privately.
Colin Wilson, the manager of the resort, said: “Holmes and Smith decided that this was not the way forward for the resort and wanted to give more to owners and potential owners or tourists who came to the resort for a short stay. “This year, Don Holmes and his wife Lyn became self motivated in wanting to get this new project underway, believing this would be a better future for the resort.”

Now the one and two bedroom apartments are available for rentals with the management team of Sharon and Colin Wilson working to create a friendly and relaxed atmosphere for guests.
“We are able to provide a variety of entertainment for all the family with snacks available at the pool café while our new lounge bar is open all day with wi-fi internet access,” said Colin.
Tonight (Friday) guests are invited to join the team at the resort in a reopening party from 7pm. There will be a quiz and disco with discounted drinks available during happy hour at 8.30pm.
