A NEW non-governmental association involved in international adoption, which was created in Portugal on September 9, has said its slogan is to be A child is a child in any part of the world.
The association, Meninos do Mundo or children of the world, aims to inform and help people that have been or are involved in the adoption of a child from a foreign country.
