Portimão is installing new energy-saving LED lighting along the town’s main V3 and V6 avenues.
The €120,000 investment aims to not only improve the quality of public lighting but also save around €30,000 on electricity bills and reduce the amount of CO2 emissions.
Works are expected to begin this month.
