Twenty days ago I basically had no waist, which was pretty depressing. Twenty days into the Lev eating plan and I’ve lost an impressive 16cms off my waist area and am beyond happy to be able to say that I have a waist again!

I can see the improvements in my face and figure, and everyone is commenting on how well I look, which is lovely. But more importantly, I actually feel really good!

The second phase of the Lev ‘diet’ was great as I could have poultry and fish along with the Lev products. I don’t really like to call it a diet as I am really full and can eat cakes and cookies, which are traditionally the things that a diet would starve you of.

I have lost 5kilos between phases 1 and 2. They expected a bit more to be honest but the loss in volume has exceeded expectation and I personally prefer that the weight is falling off the right places!

There have been a few moments over the past couple of weeks where I really wanted a glass of something stronger than water. I sent my nutritionist Marta a text to tell her and she replied immediately with words of encouragement and a few suggestions of things that I could have. Having this support has been invaluable.

I’m now on Phase 3 which reintroduces lactose products (milk and cheese) and red meat, which makes it much easier to go out for meals. I would happily recommend this way of eating and am very impressed with the results.
