TWO EXHIBITIONS to mark the fourth MED festival in Loulé, relating to images of the Mediterranean and musical instruments of the Mediterranean, are due to take place from June 27 to July 1.
A total of 14 national and foreign artists, including Joel Mestre, Kerstin Wagner and Charlie Holt, who are resident in the Algarve, have been invited to create paintings themed on the Mediterranean. The instruments exhibited will be those linked to the culture of Mediterranean countries.
These will be exhibited to the public from 7pm until midnight in the main tower of Loulé castle.
