Lagos-based technology company Enova Group has announced changes in the structure of the business and will now trade under a single public company name of Technoloje SA.
Previously, the company had operated as four independent companies: Technoloje, Piscinas em Pedra (Pebble Pools), Netconexion Lda and Technomotix but two of these companies are no longer part of the new structure.
Tim Gurnett has returned to Piscinas em Pedra and will run the company independently, while Netconexion Lda is now part of Canary Wharf Lda but remains under the management of Paul Harris.
Meanwhile, Technomotix Lda and Technoloje have been combined and are now an integrated part of the Enova Group trading under the single name of Technoloje SA.
Despite corporate changes, customers will continue to deal with the same experts.
Founder of the Enova Group, Alan Jones, will continue to lead the company while Algarve based engineer, Colin Reid will now be in charge of the day-to-day management of the Enova Group team.

“There will be added focus and financial security under the public structure of Technoloje SA, as well as rapid development of further innovative, cost efficient solutions, improved service and quality for clients.”
The Enova Group continues to pioneer new technology in the Algarve and sees this as a firm foundation for the future.

Meanwhile, the group has launched a new Home Energy Audit, a process which allows clients to make monthly savings on their electricity bills, and home control technology.
Both new services are to be introduced to clients later this summer.
