WEEKLY FLIGHTS have resumed to São Tomé e Príncipe, in the Gulf of Guinea, from Lisbon Airport every Monday.
The service was stopped several months ago after TAAG, the Angola air company which operated it, was prevented from flying to European countries.
The new flights are now operated by Euro Atlantic, co-owned by STPAirways, Banco Equador and GIAS.
Meanwhile, Portuguese airline TAP is planning a weekly service to São Tomé e Príncipe starting in October.
