AFTER SEVERAL delays to the completion date, the highway linking Quarteira and Loulé finally opened on Friday (July 6).
A total investment of 20 million euros went into this project, which promises to lighten traffic on the EN125 and the Via do Infante as well as to improve access to Almancil, Quarteira, Vilamoura and Loulé.
