Dear Editor,
I read with interest the article about the financing to rehabilitate old buildings and put them up for low cost rental housing (last week’s edition). There are some fantastic old buildings in Portugal (an eyesore for some but delightful in my eyes), and it’s good that municipalities are given the opportunity to put them to good use. However, my question is, with all the cuts on public spending, will this initiative come to anything?
