PJ police have this morning boarded a Russian merchant vessel at anchor in the sea port of Viana do Castelo. They are accompanied by a PSP special unit using sniffer dogs. A police source has explained the searches are going ahead following “information transmitted by foreign authorities”. The ship is in the process of “unloading material”.
