A TWO-year-old, Portuguese boy drowned in the family swimming pool in Silves on Saturday while his parents were cleaning the garden.
The toddler’s four year old sister was supervising him in the house while their parents were busy in the garden before he went outside via an open window and fell into the swimming pool while trying to reach a toy.
The toddler was still alive when Silves fire brigade arrived at the scene, but nothing could be done.
