American screenwriter, actress, and director Anna Martemucci, known as A.M Lukas, filed a lawsuit against Portuguese actor Nuno Lopes on Monday, accusing him of “drugging and raping” her on April 28, 2006, after an event that allegedly took place during the American Tribeca Film Festival.
Lopes has denied the accusations: “I am morally and ethically incapable of committing the acts I am accused of (…). Neither today nor 17 years ago.”
