The Moving to Portugal Show and Seminars returns to London on Thursday, October 16 at the Pestana Chelsea Bridge Hotel, and is set to be the most important edition yet.
This autumn’s Show takes place at a critical moment, following Portugal’s recent national elections. With further changes expected in immigration, tax, and investment policy from Portugal’s new incoming government, this will be the first major post-election event that can analyse what these developments could mean for British citizens looking to move, retire, or invest in Portugal.
Organised by the Portuguese Chamber of Commerce in the UK, the show features expert-led seminars and one-to-one consultations with trusted professionals, plus over 20 exhibitors offering practical advice on topics such as buying property, applying for visas, financial planning, and understanding Portugal’s legal framework.
“Portugal remains one of the most attractive destinations in Europe for lifestyle, investment, and retirement,” said Christina Hippisley, General Manager of the Portuguese Chamber of Commerce in the UK. “This show offers the British public a timely and unique opportunity to hear directly from experts on how the post-election environment in Portugal may open even more doors for them.”
