Algarve History Association is hosting a presentation by Rui Soares, President of the International Association of Paremiology, on October 8 at 6pm in the Municipal Library in Tavira.Dr Soares’ many degrees include a doctorate from the Open University in Britain.
Tavira-born Rui has returned to the Algarve after a lifetime of service to education and he now devotes his time to the study of proverbs.
