Real estate agency Winkworth celebrated the relocation of the central Algarve office from Quatro Estradas on the EN125 to a new location in Quinta do Lago on June 2.
The new office is now on the Pinheiros Altos road, opposite the Securitas office at the ‘Q’ roundabout in Quinta do Lago.
Mary Mangan, managing director of Winkworth Portugal, told the Algarve Resident: “We have always been keen to move into the Golden Triangle area of the Algarve and when the premises became available we decided that this was the right time for us to move here.
“The move shows the underlying confidence of Winkworth in the property market of Portugal. We believe the market here has a viable and strong future and despite the past couple of years having been difficult, Winkworth has maintained its position.”

She added: “Our dedicated financial services team will operate from the Quinta do Lago offices where we now have space to expand our property rental and management services.”
Meanwhile, in the Western Algarve, the Winkworth office in the centre of Aljezur has been relocated to the main roundabout at the entrance of Vale da Telha.
Winkworth operates six offices across the Algarve, with offices also located in Praia da Luz, Carvoeiro, Lagos and Tavira.
