International shopping centre specialist Sonae Sierra, which manages several units in Portugal including AlgarveShopping in Guia, isn’t confident it will be able to resume construction of two commercial complexes in Greece.
The sites have been inactive since Greece entered into a financial bailout programme.
However, Sonae Sierra revealed that it would invest around €120 million in a new shopping centre project in Germany.
