A series of show cooking demonstrations are due to take place at the Algarve race track in collaboration with gourmet restaurant Vila Joya as part of a partnership between the two entities.
Demonstrations will be held in the VIP tower at the track throughout 2010.
Vila Joya, based in Albufeira, is run by chef Dieter Koschina and is the only restaurant in Portugal with two Michelin stars.
Paulo Pinheiro the CEO of the race track said: “It is an honour to become partners with such a prestigious restaurant. The partnership represents the perfect use of the cosmopolitan space provided in the VIP tower.”
