POLICE ARE studying a skull that was discovered by a shepherd in Castro Marim recently, while he was walking his sheep next to the A22 motorway.
The skull was allegedly in advanced stages of decomposition when it was found and the size is consistent with that of an adult. The skull allegedly suffered damage from blunt force trauma and it is unclear if this occurred post mortem.
