Portimão bus company Vai e Vem’s summer schedule has started and will run until September 14.
Among the innovations for this season are the L1 Azul with new stops at Rua da Pedra, near the Colégio do Rio, the L2 Verde, between Praia do Vau and Ladeira do Vau and the L18N Luar between Portimão Marina and Alvor (Estátua do Pescador roundabout).
From July 1 until September 14 a new line will also be running (L18 Praia) between Portimão Marina and Alvor beach from 8.30am to 7pm, with buses passing every 60 minutes.
People using the Vai e Vem services will be given a leaflet in Portuguese and English, with useful information about the services and the schedules.
