Silves Câmara is supporting fruit and vegetable producers in the area with the launch of the PROVE project on December 16.
The Câmara, in conjunction with the IN LOCO development association, has implemented the ‘PROVE – Promoting and Selling’ project, which will see hampers filled with vegetable and fruit grown locally being sold according to the consumer’s needs.
They can choose from a mini hamper (up to 4.5kg) at €7.50 or a normal hamper (up to 9kg) at €15.
Hampers must be ordered on a Wednesday latest for delivery the following Friday between 5pm and 7pm by the Silves Municipal Swimming Pool.
