LOULÉ CÂMARA has allocated 15,000 euros to help improve the hygiene and sanitary facilities of the headquarters of the Parkinson’s and Alzheimer’s association in Quarteira.
According to the association, the câmara’s support is instrumental in allowing it to continue its work of supporting Alzheimer’s and Parkinson’s disease sufferers and their families. The association has initiated several awareness campaigns in the community about these diseases and how best to deal with them. It is also involved in the research for treatments.
