THE PORTUGUESE Justice Minister, Alberto Costa, wants a 24-hour surveillance system operating in all courts in Portugal.
The formal procedures to implement the measure are already under way. The announcement was made on Tuesday, hours after a failed attempt to steal an ATM machine from Almada Court, south of Lisbon.
