Ocean restaurant at Vila Vita Parc is due to play host to The Star Route, a celebration of Michelin-starred restaurants in the country, on May 22 and 23.
The Ocean restaurant has one Michelin star and chef Hans Neuner is set to be joined by other Michelin star chefs Joachim Koerper from Eleven in Lisbon and Vincent Farges from Fortaleza do Guincho in Cascais for two evenings of gourmet food and wine.
This will be an opportunity to watch the three chefs prepare a special seven course menu, with each chef cooking a different course.
Dishes featured on the menu are to include roasted sardine, lobster with artichokes, rabbit with Madagascar banana and roasted young lamb.
The dinner costs 180 euros per person and places are limited.
