PORTUGAL’S TOURISM board, Turismo de Portugal, has been nominated among the eight leading European tourism boards at this year’s World Travel Awards.
The event will be held on October 10 at a luxury resort, AquaCity Proprad, in Slovakia.
Portugal is also among the leading nominees in eight other categories of the awards, Europe’s Leading All-inclusive Resorts, Beach and Beach Resort, Golf Resort, Conference Resort, Boutique Hotel, Boutique Resort, Family Resort and Island Resort.
