A pioneering online golf club has been launched by Turismo de Portugal with special deals for international golfers.
Portugalgolfmembership.com was announced at this year’s Portugal Masters by Turismo de Portugal administrator Luís Matoso, who said the project aims to promote the country as a top golfing destination. With free registration and in English, the online portal was developed by Turismo de Portugal in partnership with the European Tour and already has more than 1,000 members.
When booking a golf trip to Portugal through the website, members can take advantage of special discounts, including up to 25% off green fees.
Portugal Golf Membership is described as an international pioneering project.
