WORLD TOURISM day will be marked in Alte on September 27 by the unveiling of the newly renovated tourism office in Alte.
Tourism offices around Loulé Câmara, including Alte, Querença, Salir, Loulé and Quarteira, will be welcoming visitors with promotional brochures, regional liquors and sweet delicacies. The Junta de Freguesia de Alte will also be inaugurating 20 new tourist information boards that will be spread out across interesting sites in the town explaining their history. These will include churches and fountains.
