Vilamoura‘s latest luxury living project Springs – At the Els Club, an exclusive residential development led by Norfin SGOIC, has begun construction.
In a statement to the press, the developer describes the project as a collection of 78 luxury villas and townhouses, each with privileged views of the iconic golf course designed by golf legend Ernie Els. It adds that the project was designed to cater to those seeking an exclusive lifestyle that combines residential privacy with high-end hotel services.
Springs – At the Els Club features two distinct architectural styles: Clusters and Row Units. The Cluster Units offer spacious layouts, including 17 three-bedroom villas at 158 square meters, five three-bedroom duplexes at 165sqm, and seven four-bedroom villas at a generous 221sqm. The Row Units have a more vertical design, with 39 two-bedroom duplexes at 137sqm each and 10 three-bedroom duplexes at 162sqm.
According to the developers, every unit is designed to provide a “five-star resort experience,” as they all feature private terraces with a pool, exclusive landscaped gardens, private parking, and access to reception and concierge services.
Beyond the residences, the project includes a country club with a restaurant, a gym, an indoor swimming pool, a spa, and tennis courts. A standout feature, and a unique element in the Algarve, is a lazy river designed for family leisure.

The project’s location is a key selling point, as it is fully integrated with The Els Club Vilamoura, which is the first Els Club in Europe and the Algarve’s first private golf club. As the developers point out, this integration provides residents with an “unparalleled experience”, including access to a signature 18-hole course, an international-level clubhouse, and an exclusive community.
Nuno Sepúlveda, Co-CEO of DETAILS (the platform responsible for the management of The Els Club Vilamoura), adds that “the proximity between this development and The Els Club Vilamoura is just one of the things that unites them. The project is expected to help further increase Vilamoura’s notoriety, particularly among golfers, explains Ana Damásio, Regional Sales Manager for Vilamoura World projects. “Spring – At The Els Clubs will bring something new to the region. Construction has already begun and is set to be completed by the last quarter of 2027.
