MEMBERS OF the public can dispose of any used electronic equipment and appliances at the one of the two centres newly acquired by Algar, the solid waste treatment company.
These centres are at the Estação de Transferência in São João de Venda, Loulé and at the Arterro Sanitário in Porto de Lagos, Portimão. Algar has increased its services to the treatment and recycling of large appliances including refrigeration and air conditioning units as well as televisions, microwaves among others.
