MORE THAN 8,000 euros has been given to Quarteira basketball club, Os Tubarões (The Sharks), to buy three wheelchairs for disabled athletes in their wheelchair basketball team.
The money was donated by AMAL, the entity representing the interests of câmaras in the region, for the “Sharks on Wheels” project.
