Works on the Avenida Nascente entry into Loulé have officially been completed, creating a new and improved connection between Loulé and São Brás de Alportel.
Over a kilometre of road, along the old EN270 road, has been redeveloped at a cost of €2.2 million and has included the creation of pavements, signage, pedestrian crossings, speed bumps and a bike path.
The redevelopment has been used to both improve the connection of the city between outlying areas and also to create a better impression when entering Loulé.
