Last week the Algarve Resident reported that Millennium bcp’s restructuring plan required the sale of its Romanian operation and the sale of its stake in Piraeus as well as BCP’s Polish subsidiary, Millennium MILP.WA, along with the bank’s operations in Angola and Mozambique. However, the bank confirmed that its agreement with DG Comp (Directorate-General for Competition) does not require the sale of its operations in Poland, Mozambique and Angola.
