Diamond Properties has introduced two new partners to their business to increase the profile of luxury properties in the Boliqueime area.
They are husband and wife team Carlos and Joanna Lopes. Born in London they have set up home in Boliqueime to bring up their two young sons.
Carlos, being of Portuguese parents, speaks fluent Portuguese and between them, they have over 40 years experience of customer service and over 20 years experience of managing property in the Algarve.
To celebrate the new partnership Diamond are offering a limited number of buyers €1,000 cash back on property sales, subject to terms and conditions. The first five properties sold by Diamond Properties, subject to deeds for the property purchase being fully completed before December 31, 2011, will see the buyers being given €1,000 by the company.
A spokesman for Diamond Properties said: “We recognise the financial climate Portugal is in and that the housing market needs a boost so we have come up with this innovative new way to provide buyers with all the support they can get.”
