Dutch-Portuguese Chamber of Commerce holds Algarve event

An event to launch the activities of the Dutch-Portuguese Chamber of Commerce (CCPH) in the Algarve is taking place on October 17 at the Sheraton Hotel,Albufeira.

Traditionally, the CCPH activities are concentrated in Lisbon and Porto. However, as the Algarve is “an important tourism and foreign investment destination and a contributor to the recovery of the Portuguese economy”, the Chamber has decided to increase its activities and presence in the region.

With this in mind, two liaison officers have recently been appointed for the Algarve – Sofia Ricardo Borges and Frans Spijker.

The CCPH’s Algarve event will be attended by Dutch Ambassador Henk Soeters and local government representatives, as well as the CCPH’s Chairman, Eric van Leuven.

During the event, the participants will have the opportunity to get to know more about the Chamber’s plans in the Algarve.

Entrance is free but pre-registration is required.
