The first Introduction to Portuguese Wine Course took place at the Hotel Garbe earlier this month.
Peter Koberg and Claire Larson of WineMine, an established local wine company, guided the participants through the finer points of Portuguese wines including a brief history of Portuguese winemaking, tasting techniques and other tips for enjoying wine.
