Masks to be ‘obligatory’ in public for another 70 days

President Marcelo has extended the law demanding citizens wear masks in public by another 70 days. On the basis that the law kicks in from Monday April 5, it means mask-wearing in Portugal is now obligatory in ‘interior public spaces’ and in the open air when correct yhysical distancing ‘is impractical’ until June 13.
