A fun night of 80’s music is promised
Portimão is getting ready to travel back in time as local associations Clube União Portimonense, Sporting Glória ou Morte, and Sociedade Vencedora join forces to bring the community an exciting ’80s-themed party on Wednesday evening (June 18).
The event, which will take place at the busy Praça da República (Alameda) square, promises an evening filled with classic hits spun by three DJs: João Sousa kicks off the night from 7.30pm to 9pm, followed by MVeiga until 10.30pm and closing out with Francisco Gil until 1am.
Organised with the support of the municipal and parish councils of Portimão, the free party will also feature stalls drinks and traditional snacks from snails to ‘bifana’ pork sandwiches.
