Steel frame and wood construction with Danecasa

BUILDING HOUSES and other structures with wood, wood-frames or steel-frames, Danecasa aims to offer its clients an excellent service using modern methods of construction.

Business partners Daniel Cartwright and Martin Temple created Danecasa seven years ago after Daniel built a wooden house for personal use and absolutely loved it.

The company has since grown dramatically, now employing around 45 people and having a couple of impressive show homes next to Algarveshopping in Guia, one of which doubles up as the company’s headquarters.

Offering a complete turnkey service, Danecasa offers clients a tailor-made service from small guest lodges to huge five bedroom houses where it provides everything from start to finish, including obtaining planning permission, structural engineering and project management.

Environment friendly

The company recently completed a 200sqm wood framed building opposite Quinta Shopping in Quinta do Lago. The large open plan building, which is used as a sales office, took just five weeks to complete and is the perfect example of the speed, efficiency and style with which Danecasa prides itself upon.

Danecasa’s wooden homes are the perfect solution for the environmentally-conscious who want to keep their heating and air conditioning bills down, as they use a natural insulation fibre, maintaining a comfortable temperature at all times. The company also provide solar water heating.
