Terra Villages, a new concept for independent active retired people

Terra Villages is a new form of senior living that allows older adults to maintain their independence and privacy as they live in their own homes while benefiting from services and common areas designed for those seeking comfort, security, and community life at a certain age.

The concept of Terra Villages is for residents to enjoy life to the full through a philosophy of physical and mental activity, community participation, sports and wellbeing.

The Terra Villages resort will consist of around 150 luxury apartments. There will be a central clubhouse as a hub for all residents, 24-hour security, outdoor pool, restaurants and areas set aside for reading, games, social activities and cultural events.

Residents will be part of an ongoing healthcare programme with regular appraisals and have at their disposal a wellbeing area with spa, gym, sports activities and classes.

The resort is surrounded by gardens and green areas but very close to city center. The apartments will have one or two bedrooms furnished with taste and quality, air conditioning and central heating. Residents may also introduce aspects of their own decoration from home and pets are welcome.

Sustainability will be at the heart of the Terra Villages design with eco-friendly practices such as recycled materials for construction, solar energy and bio garden self-production.

Furthermore, since its housing offering are rental homes, deciding to live in Terra Villages has many advantages compared to options that involve buying a property.

The monthly fees for residency at Terra Village include use of most of the facilities available at the resort such as healthcare, sporting and leisure activities, cleaning and maintenance of your apartment.
