Acclaimed pianist and composer Antonio Ciacca has teamed up with saxophonist Steve Grossman to produce a new album of jazz tunes entitled Lagos Blues inspired by the coastal city and the Lagos Jazz cultural event.
The album contains lyrical music with a contemporary edge, including the ballad Nicoletta and the heady piano scores in Reflections in D and In a Sentimental Mood. The CD is currently only available online and can be bought as a download from www.amazon.co.uk
