São Brás de Alportel council has signed an agreement with electricity supplier EDP that will see the borough replacing 200 traditional light bulbs for more energy-efficient LED bulbs by the end of this year. The goal is to save energy, reduce its environmental footprint and cut the council’s electricity costs.
