The idyllic Sítio das Fontes municipal park in Estômbar will once again be the setting for the 20th edition of Lagoa Jazz Fest. Taking place over three nights (July 18-20), the music festival offers world-class jazz concerts in a beautiful outdoor setting.
Since 2003, Lagoa Jazz Fest has hosted more than 250 musicians from across the globe, welcoming artists from Portugal, Spain, France, Italy, Austria, Brazil, Argentina, Japan, Colombia, India, and the US. The festival is known for embracing a wide range of jazz aesthetics and instruments – from the traditional to the experimental.
In 2025, the event will welcome distinguished musicians from Argentina, Brazil, Poland, Cuba, and Portugal, bringing unique interpretations and sounds that span the jazz spectrum, organisers promise.
Doors will open at 6.30pm, with concerts set to begin at 8pm and 11pm at the Lounge Stage. The main performance of the night will take place at 9.30pm at the park’s amphitheatre.
